Ruby's Organic Café

Stirling must have more Cafes per head of population than any town in South Australia and perhaps Australia. Previous this blog has reviewed Millie's, Tranquillo and Konditorei. The big car park behind the main shopping strip is handy for parking and walking to your Café of choice.

This time your reviewer visited Ruby's Organic Café. There is seating inside the Café and covered seating on the footpath of the main road of Stirling. Ruby's sells organic salads, quiches and rolls.

The hot chocolate at Ruby's was excellent. It came in a generous mug and saucer with a big home-made marshmallow. The drink was topped with a white froth and a liberal sprinkle of unsweetened chocolate powder. The hot chocolate was rich, creamy and not too sweet. The cost was $3.70.
